There are two PSRBB firms in El Paso. Are both related?

No, the two firms are not related. Our firm's official entity is PSRBB Industrial Architects, PLLC, offering industrial and commercial architectural services and a descendant of the original firm of PSRBB Architects, Inc. The other firm's legal entity is MFM Architects, LLC, and provides services under the assumed name PSRBB Architects.

Do you only work in Texas?

No, we hold a license not only in Texas but also in New Mexico. We have successfully completed projects in Texas, New Mexico, and Mexico.

How much do your services cost?

Fees vary, and we have several ways of service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Percentage of construction cost

• Fixed Fees

• Hourly Rates

• Cost per square footage

Our proposals are customized and based on the time estimated needed to perform the services you have chosen and complete your project at our current billing rates.

Do you help with permits and zoning?

Yes, we navigate and follow local building and zoning bylaws. While all permit fees are the responsibility of the owner and are not included in our proposals, we can 100% assist in the preparation of documents required for local permitting.

How long does the design take?

Timelines vary from weeks to months, but if usually doesn't take long. This is all based on the size of the project, scope of work, and speed of feedback/corrections.

Are you involved during construction?

Yes, we offer construction administration, in which we oversee your project from start to finish. This includes visiting the site, reviewing contractor work for adherence to the drawing, and resolving any issues that may arise during construction.
