PSR Architects, Inc. joined forces with the Architectural Practice of Barajas and Bustamante in July of 1998 to become Prestidge Smith Razloznik Barajas Bustamante Architects, Inc. (PSRBB, Inc.). In April 2003, Mr. Barajas endeavored to begin his own individual practice.

PSRBB Industrial Architects, PLLC is headquartered at 1845 Northwestern Drive, Suite A in El Paso, Texas and is currently involved in projects in various parts of the United States and Mexico.

Direct Principal Involvement

The architectural firm of PSRBB Inc. known as PSRBB Industrial Architects, PLLC was founded in July of 1989 by H. Thomas Prestidge. Mr. Prestidge had previously provided design services to many industrial clients and decided to develop a firm specializing in industrial architecture.

In September of 1989, Charles “Mike” Smith joined the firm to expand the focus of the firm to include commercial design services. The addition of Tommy J. Razloznik in 1990, whose specialty is educational and institutional design, further diversified the firm’s design services, thus; the firm took on its new name, PSR Architects, Inc.

PSRBB, Inc. then formed two companies, PSRBB Industrial Group, Inc. and PSRBB Commercial Group, Inc. Specializing in industrial and commercial architectural design respectively.

On December 31, 2022, H. Thomas Prestidge retired and PSRBB Industrial Group, Inc. became PSRBB Industrial Architects, PLLC, headed by Pablo A. Bustamante, AIA and Steven M. Howerton with the purpose to continue providing the best industrial project architectural design services in the region. Mr. Prestidge continues to provide professional consultation services on projects requiring his ample expertise.
